Terms and conditions for using the ResPig Audit Tool and Economic Simulator
Use of the ResPig Audit Tool and Economic Simulator is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The ResPig Audit Tool may only be used by authorized users as selected by authorized Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health personnel. The login name and password supplied are personal and confidential and may not be made public or supplied to any other person. Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health will respect the confidentiality of any data that the user enters into the Respig Audit Tool and any such information will not be shared, made public or used for any purpose other than the operation of the ResPig Audit Tool.
Although the ResPig Audit Tool and all other information on the website has been compiled with reasonable care and in good faith to assist users in providing advice and recommendations to their clients, Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of the outputs from the ResPig Audit Tool. Users of the ResPig Audit Tool and the various associated instruments, including the farm auditing, diagnostic information and the economic simulation models, remain at all times responsible for all advice and recommendations supplied to their clients.
Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or employees shall in no event be liable for any damages of any kind or nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages resulting from or in connection with the use of, or access to, the ResPig Audit Tool. The user will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or employees from and against all claims arising out of, or resulting from, the use of the ResPig Audit Tool.
