Description
Circumvent PCV is a ready to use combination vaccine that is effective against PCV2 infection and disease caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.
Indications and contents
- For use in healthy swine, 3 weeks of age or older, as an aid in the
prevention of viremia, and as an aid in the reduction of virus shedding
caused by porcine circovirus type 2, and as an aid in the control
of pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.
- The product contains Porcine circovirus type 2 ORF2 subunit antigen and inactivated Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae strain 11 in Microsol Diluvac Forte® adjuvant.
- Gentamicin and thimerosal are added as preservatives.
Dosage and directions
- Allow the vaccine to reach an ambient
temperature of 16°- 27° C
- Shake well
- Administer
a 2.0 mL dose intramuscularly to healthy swine, 3 weeks of age or
older using aseptic technique
- Inject a 2.0 mL booster dose three weeks after
Caution
- Store refrigerated at 2°-7°C.
- Do not freeze.
- Use immediately after opening; do not save partial
contents.
- Burn the container and all unused product.
- Use
only in healthy swine.
- Do not vaccinate within 21 days of
slaughter.
- Caution should be used to avoid injecting your
own fingers, hands, or other body parts. Accidental injection
can cause serious local reactions. Contact a physician
immediately.
- If allergic reaction
occurs, treat with epinephrine.

PET vials of 50, 100, 200 or 500 ml.
