Description
Myco Silencer® ONCE contains an inactivated culture of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae in the adjuvant Microsol Diluvac Forte, also known as XSolve® 30.

This unique formulation ensures an optimal immune response in pigs while minimizing reactions and providing excellent syringeability even in cold weather.

Directions and vaccination program
Shake well, aseptically inject intramuscularly (IM).
Single shot scheme: Administer a single 2 mL dose at 3 weeks of age or older.
Double shot scheme: 1 mL dose at 3 weeks of age or older followed by a second 1 mL dose at 5 weeks of age.

Duration of Immunity
Three-week-old pigs were either vaccinated with a single dose of Myco Silencer^® ONCE or not vaccinated. Both groups were challenged with a virulent Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae intranasally at six months of age.

Results demonstrated that pigs vaccinated with Myco Silencer^® ONCE demonstrated significant protection (p< 0.01 ) against a Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae infective challenge up to six months after a single intramuscular dose.

Caution

• Store in the dark at not over 45°F (7°C).
• Do not freeze.
• Do not save partial contents.
• Bum the container and all unused product.
• Use in healthy swine.
• Do not vaccinate within 21 days of slaughter.
• If allergic reaction occurs, treat with epinephrine.
• Contains gentamicin and thimerosal as preservatives.
